It is a gourmet biscotti, crunchy, but not too hard, just enough of exquisite, tasting chocolate, N the almond adds to the delicate flavor. It is like a biscotti that could sell for a lot of money in a plush restaurant. Try it ,you will glad you did. Two years ago, I discovered and fell in love with the products of The Biscotti Company. The texture of their biscotti is consistent, being crispy but not crumbly, never soft or gooey like some of their larger competitors. This is true from cookie to cookie and batch to batch. Texture and flavors are well balanced, too. In the Chocolate Almond, the chocolate is abundant enough and flavorful without taking over. Great complement to a good coffee or tea. The gluten-free version loses none of these characteristics, either. Regardless which flavor(s) we have on hand in my household, they disappear quickly.

I have been loving these bicotti’s for months. I happily stumbled upon these at the farmers market and was so surprised they were GF! I normally suffer from minimal choices out there to fit into my dietary issues, and these are a fantastic find! I have turned other people on to them as well.
