Our Chocolate Almond Biscotti takes one of the most traditional biscotti combinations and gets it exactly right: whole roasted almonds, rich semisweet Belgian chocolate chunks, and just enough sea salt to bring everything together.
The almonds give each biscotto its warm, toasted flavor and satisfying crunch. Chocolate chunks add pockets of richness without turning it into an overly sweet dessert cookie. The result is balanced, crisp, chocolatey, and unmistakably almond.
Baked by hand in small batches on Long Island using our 200-year-old Sicilian family recipe.

Two years ago, I discovered and fell in love with the products of The Biscotti Company. The texture of their biscotti is consistent, being crispy but not crumbly, never soft or gooey like some of their larger competitors. This is true from cookie to cookie and batch to batch. Texture and flavors are well balanced, too. In the Chocolate Almond, the chocolate is abundant enough and flavorful without taking over. Great complement to a good coffee or tea.
