The 2026 Biscotti Report Is Live

The Biscotti Company has released its first consumer report exploring how people discover biscotti, how they choose flavors, and how a favorite becomes part of a ritual.

Tradition Defines the Ritual. Flavor Drives the Choice.

The report draws on a voluntary 200-response community survey and a separate 74-response Chocolate Almond follow-up. Three leading first-choice paths — Fruit & Nut, Traditional, and Chocolate — accounted for 92% of responses, while 71.4% of 199 first-purchase answers favored multiple flavors.
