Almond Biscotti – Traditional
The biscotti that started it all. Whole roasted almonds, almond flour, real almond extract and a light touch of sea salt create a deeply almond-forward flavor with a crisp, clean snap.
Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti – Fruit & Nut
Bright dried cranberries and roasted pistachios come together with a fresh orange citrus note and our signature touch of sea salt. Fruity, nutty and balanced, with just enough brightness to keep every bite lively.
Double Chocolate Biscotti – Chocolate
For the chocolate lover. Black cocoa, cocoa powder and Belgian semisweet chocolate chunks create a deep, layered chocolate flavor with our signature crisp bite.

In The Biscotti Company’s voluntary 2026 community survey, 92% of respondents selected one of three leading first-choice flavor paths: Fruit & Nut (37%), Traditional (32%), or Chocolate (23%). In the same survey, 71.4% of 199 first-purchase answers favored multiple flavors rather than a single flavor.

Every flavor in The Hampton Trio is baked in small batches in our Long Island bakery and rooted in the 200-year-old Sicilian family recipe behind The Biscotti Company. We use whole roasted nuts, Belgian chocolate, dried fruit, citrus and our signature touch of sea salt to create distinct flavors while keeping the crisp, clean snap biscotti should have.

Yes. Each flavor comes in a full-size 7.15 oz / 203 g bag containing approximately 12 biscotti, for about 36 biscotti total.
How are the three flavors different?
Almond represents our traditional side, with deep roasted almond flavor. Cranberry Pistachio is bright and fruit-and-nut forward, with dried cranberries, roasted pistachios and citrus. Double Chocolate is the richest of the three, with black cocoa, cocoa powder and Belgian semisweet chocolate chunks.
Is The Hampton Trio dairy-free or gluten-free?
All three flavors are dairy-free. They are not gluten-free and contain wheat. The bundle also contains egg and tree nuts. Always check the individual package labels for complete allergen information.

I loved your blueberry and lemon and pistasio cranberry and I can’t fremember the third one but I know it wasn’t chocolate and I can’t remember if I got them from Costco or Amazon, but they were so good.
