This is one of our richest, most dessert-like biscotti. You get chocolate first, then caramel, then the warm crunch of pecans, with a little sea salt at the end to keep everything balanced. It is fuller and sweeter than our darker chocolate flavors, but still has the clean snap that makes it unmistakably biscotti. It is definitely one of our more indulgent flavors, but it does not taste flat or overly sugary. The semisweet chocolate, toasted pecans, and hint of sea salt keep the caramel in balance.

An unopened bag has a six-month shelf life from the production date printed on the bottom of the bag. Once opened, they are best enjoyed within a week. Store them in an airtight container and do not freeze. If you are not completely satisfied, we will make it right.
