Bought 12 bags of this flavor. TOO SALTY! (and I use and like salt) which made them not go well with my coffee and killed the taste buds. The description says “12 cookies” per bag, so I expected them to all be similar in size, not ranging in length from 2″ – 7″. A few bags the cookies were were much thinner sliced as well ( I do realize the bags are sold by weight, I just had different expectations.). I did get a number of packages in four other flavors as well. The others were much better and didn’t have the salt problem (except the chocolate, pecan, salted caramel ones, which of course are supposed to taste a little salty). They offered a refund or replacement. I agreed to a replacement to be fair (life happens sometimes). I’ll update the review after I receive them. One suggestion I would make is to have a bulk option. It would save some costs on packaging.

These biscotti are delicious! I found them at a local specialty shop during a week-long trip to Long Island. I would wake up mornings before everyone else and take my coffee and biscotti out onto the patio and luxuriate with our two dogs in the morning quietude.
When the vacation was done I wanted the experience to continue so I ordered three more bags. Then I decided to order a bag of chocolate almond orange biscotti. A short time later that day someone at The Biscotti Company noticed that I had placed two orders, each with a separate shipping fee. Without ceremony The Biscotti Company refunded the second shipping fee, simply placing my two orders in the same box. Two years ago, I discovered and fell in love with the products of The Biscotti Company. The texture of their biscotti is consistent, being crispy but not crumbly, never soft or gooey like some of their larger competitors. This is true from cookie to cookie and batch to batch. Texture and flavors are well balanced, too. In the Chocolate Almond, the chocolate is abundant enough and flavorful without taking over. Great complement to a good coffee or tea. The gluten-free version loses none of these characteristics, either. Regardless which flavor(s) we have on hand in my household, they disappear quickly.

These chocolate almond biscotti are the best biscotti I have ever had, and I absolutely love them! They have just the right amount of chocolate in them, and are deliciously crunchy. I love dunking them in my tea or latte-it’s a real treat! I highly recommend them!
