Gluten-Free Biscotti!?! My favorite cookie has ALWAYS been biscotti. I am not a gooey sweet lover so once I was diagnosed with Celiac disease I lost those cookies forever. These biscotti are excellent: crispy but not hard with a wonderful flavor that melts in your mouth. The only negative is that despite careful packaging many of them arrived broken. But I will still order them in the future.

I discovered these delicious cookies at the IGA in Southold NY and have been a devoted fan ever since. I share one EVERY morning with my dog, Mr Darcy (@MrDthepom), so we opt for Almond since dogs are not chocolate friendly! I have tried many of the other flavors but I also think Almond tastes the best. So crunchy and just the right amount of sweetness.
