At The Biscotti Company, tradition and innovation intertwine to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to Long Island. Recently, our journey was spotlighted on News12’s “Made on Long Island,” where we shared the story behind our beloved biscotti with viewers across Long Island and New York City.
In the heart of Calverton, nestled amidst the scenic beauty of Suffolk, The Biscotti Company stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of family recipes. What began as a cherished tradition passed down through generations has blossomed into a thriving business, thanks to the vision and passion of Bruno LoGreco.
As the cameras rolled and the aroma of freshly baked biscotti filled the air, News12’s Jenn Seelig joined us in our kitchen, offering viewers a glimpse into the artistry and dedication that go into each batch of our delectable treats. At the heart of our operation lies an old family recipe, lovingly preserved and perfected over two centuries.

Bruno LoGreco, the driving force behind The Biscotti Company, shared the story behind our signature biscotti, tracing its roots back to his grandmother’s kitchen. “It goes back about 200 years,” Bruno revealed, his voice tinged with nostalgia. “She got it from her grandmother. During my childhood, my grandmother would often come over during holidays, and the first thing she and my mother would do is start baking.”
With each bite of our biscotti, customers are transported to the sun-kissed hills of Italy, where time-honored traditions blend seamlessly with modern sensibilities. From the classic Almond Biscotti to the indulgent Chocolate Cherry and the vibrant Cranberry Pistachio, every flavor tells a story—a story of heritage, craftsmanship, and culinary excellence.
What sets The Biscotti Company apart is not just our commitment to quality ingredients and authentic recipes but also our dedication to innovation. While rooted in tradition, we continually strive to push the boundaries of flavor, experimenting with new ingredients and techniques to delight the palates of our customers.

Buon appetito!
I ordered your Biscotti from QVC and when they arrived they were either broken in small pieces or just plain crumbs. The pieces that I was able to eat were very good but I am writing this because of the packaging. Surely I can’t be the only one who received a box in the condition it was in. It was a very “light weight” carton and even though it had a large “FRAGILE” sticker on it, the top was caved in as if something was piled on top of it. The tape had come loose and all I had to do was lift the top of the packaging to open the box. I called QVC and they will replace the product but I wanted to let you know about the packaging. UPS doesn’t care about labels or what they are piling on the boxes, they only want to get the packages delivered. Again. what I was able to taste were very good and I would buy again.
Hi Sarah, I’m really sorry your biscotti arrived broken. That’s not the experience we want for you. We had a short two-week stretch with a temporary UPS driver on our route and crushed product spiked. We addressed it with UPS right away and tightened our packing with more padding, and reinforced tape. I’m glad QVC is sending a replacement. Thank you for the kind words about the flavor. We appreciate you and look forward to sending you a box that arrives perfect next time.
