The Biscotti Company crafts handcrafted biscotti cookies and artisanal biscotti from a Sicilian recipe, baked fresh on Long Island. We are a New York biscotti bakery, loved nationwide and as seen on QVC.

The Biscotti Company was founded by Bruno LoGreco, who learned to bake from his Sicilian grandmother. Her recipe for Italian biscotti and love for simple, honest ingredients inspired everything we do today. Bruno refined the method with a few modern touches to create the crisp, crunchy biscotti our customers crave.

What started in 2019 as a small-batch bake has grown into a trusted brand. You can now find our Long Island biscotti in more than 150 grocery stores and delis across New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey.

We bake classic favorites and new bestsellers, including Cranberry Pistachio and Chocolate Pecan & Salted Caramel, plus seasonal releases. We also offer gluten-free biscotti.

Every batch is made with high-quality ingredients and finished with a hint of sea salt that brings the flavors to life. Many of our classic biscotti are dairy-free. Our gluten-free line is not dairy-free, as our gluten-free flour contains milk.
