Originally contacted the biscotti company to make sure they could send my order using the United States Postal Service since UPS sometimes has a hard time finding our house. I was assured the order would ship USPS. Placed my order and waited weeks and weeks. Had to contact the biscotti company again. They lost my order even though I had paid over $40. I was even questioned whether I had even placed an order. Thankfully, I still had my order number. I finally received my order, plus an extra package of biscotti for the inconvenience which was very nice and appreciated. But it was shipped UPS, not United States Postal Service as originally requested and promised. Thankfully, I got my biscotti. Excellent product, but a pretty big hassle ordering from this company.
