Buyer beware. I’ve been buying their biscotti for years from Jason’s Vineyard on Long Island. Now that I’m out of state, I decided to order the chocolate almond citrus free trio online. The Biscotti Company sent me dark chocolate with orange instead. I emailed them explaining the error, fully expecting them to exchange the wrong items for the correct ones. I included a screen shot of my order and a picture of what I received. Instead of making it right, they emailed me saying that the chocolate almond citrus free and the dark chocolate with orange are the same product. On what planet is a citrus free product the same as a product containing citrus? My guess is they don’t want to be bothered correcting their mistake. So unfortunate that they would operate this way. No more Biscotti Company for me.
