Our Chocolate Almond Biscotti takes one of the most traditional biscotti combinations and gets it exactly right: whole roasted almonds, rich semisweet Belgian chocolate chunks, and just enough sea salt to bring everything together.
The almonds give each biscotto its warm, toasted flavor and satisfying crunch. Chocolate chunks add pockets of richness without turning it into an overly sweet dessert cookie. The result is balanced, crisp, chocolatey, and unmistakably almond.
