I first tasted these biscotti during the COVID pandemic when the company sent them to the hospital that I work at as a donation to the health care workers. They were so delicious that I had to do an investigation to find out where they came from so that I could buy more of them. The Chocolate Almond is simply delicious!! My boyfriend & I ran into his stand at a Southampton outdoors event. Once you try these chocolate almond biscotti, you will not be able to stop. They are the BEST biscotti I have ever tasted. I’ve been around for a long time and have bought and made many biscotti in my time, but these biscotti are like no others. The taste and the texture cannot be rivaled. Perfect balance. I tried the trio of biscotti and all of them were delicious! Crispy and tasty with real chunks of almonds and the right amount of sea salt to keep it from being too sweet. Our family finished off the three bags and I’m ordering more! Such a treat to receive in the mail!
