Whole roasted almonds bring the nutty flavor up front. Real almond extract adds a soft amaretto-style note, while the almond flour gives each biscotto a tender bite inside and a crisp finish outside. It is crunchy, but not rock hard.

Having been a satisfied customer for many years and after a short “vacation”, I find that the Almond Biscotti has an “after taste” that it never had before. Please, get the Baker to go back to the original recipe.
