In 2019, Bruno started The Biscotti Company and began sharing his biscotti with the world. However, the following year brought the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, which presented a new challenge for the young company. Despite the difficult circumstances, Bruno continued to bake and even donated biscotti to Stony Brook Hospital and retirement centers to bring some comfort to those hit hard by the pandemic.
Today, The Biscotti Company has grown significantly and can be found in over 150 grocery stores and delis across Long Island, New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. In addition to their classic biscotti, they also offer a range of biscotti flavors, including cranberry pistachio, chocolate pecan & salted caramel, banana walnut & chocolate, and even biscotti cookies made with almond flour for those looking for gluten-free biscotti.
