Biscotti is not too hard to make gluten free, but each company varies the recipe especially quality and expense of the ingredients. These are excellent. Very crunchy, not mealy or powdery. Unique additions in these and other types are also good quality and tasty. They are well packaged and arrive fresh and stay in good shape on the shelf for some time. I have them with coffee in the morning or for a little sweet, crunchy snack in the evening. I am a loyal fan.

Best GF biscotti EVER!
We have 2 Celiacs in our household, so finding great GF food is always amazing. I don’t even tend to like biscotti in general, but went to a friend’s super bowl party and he got some of this GF biscotti for us. Everyone loves it, even the non GF people! Better than regular biscotti in my opinion… thank you!
