Unopened bags have a 6-month best-by date printed on the package. Once opened, enjoy within one week for the best crunch, or move them to an airtight container. We do not recommend freezing biscotti.

I love your biscotti. That said, my last order was partially unsatisfactory. The package of bits and pieces was not assorted and ridiculously priced for the quantity. Needless to say, I won’t order again — a very poor value. As it is, there were many broken pieces in the regular bags. At the luxury price point of these biscotti, I expect them to be fresh. I won’t serve broken pieces to guests. Please let me know if there is somewhere in thr Cleveland area to purchase your biscotti, so I mught possibly avoid the breakage problem.

I can’t believe this is the first review posted. I make it a point of acknowledging excellence in the rare occasions it’s encountered. I order biscotti whenever we go out, and enjoy that which my wife makes. This, however, is hands down the absolute best I have ever tasted. I had my doubts about the orange-chocolate-almond, but the delicate balance of orange zest with the not overly sweet dark chocolate and almond forced me to consume half a box in one sitting. So beware, I believe these have a secret addictive ingredient.
I received the variety pack as a gift from my older brother. His status as favored sibling has been dramatically elevated as a result.
