This week has been one of the most exciting moments in our bakery. When the News12 Long Island crew walked into our shop with cameras ready, we knew something special was about to happen. We did not expect the support that came after the feature aired.
From the first promo to the full segment, our website lit up. Hundreds of people searched for The Biscotti Company on Google. Many visited for the first time. Others came back to place another order. Some shared the video or messaged us with kind words. It felt like the whole community was cheering for us.
We bake every batch by hand in small quantities using my grandmother’s recipe that has been passed down for generations. To see Long Island connect with that story and choose our biscotti for their homes means everything to us. Our
