YOUR PATH: TRADITIONAL
You like the classics.
Start with the flavors closest to the Italian biscotti ritual, then branch out when something catches your eye.
Almond Biscotti
The flavor that started it all. Deep toasted almond flavor with a clean, crisp bite.
Try Almond →
Anise Biscotti
Old-school Italian character with fragrant anise seed and a crisp finish made for coffee.
Try Anise →
Chocolate Almond
A bridge between Traditional and Chocolate, with roasted almond character and Belgian chocolate.
Try Chocolate Almond →YOUR PATH: CHOCOLATE
You came for the chocolate.
These are the flavors to start with when rich cocoa, Belgian chocolate, coffee, nuts, and sea salt are doing the talking.
Double Chocolate
Deep chocolate flavor, Belgian chocolate, and our signature light finish of sea salt.
Try Double Chocolate →
Chocolate Almond
Roasted almond flavor meets Belgian chocolate. Familiar enough for traditionalists, rich enough for chocolate people.
Try Chocolate Almond →
Chocolate Hazelnut Espresso
Chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, and espresso in a biscotto built for the serious coffee break.
Try Chocolate Hazelnut Espresso →YOUR PATH: FRUIT & NUT
You like contrast.
Bright fruit, roasted nuts, citrus, and chocolate make this the path for people who want more going on in every bite.
Cranberry Pistachio
Bright cranberries, roasted pistachios, citrus, and sea salt. This is the path’s clearest starting point.
Try Cranberry Pistachio →
Dark Chocolate & Orange Almond
Orange, roasted almonds, and Belgian dark chocolate. A flavor that happily crosses more than one path.
Try Dark Chocolate & Orange Almond →
Cherry Chocolate
Cherry brings the bright fruit note, while chocolate pulls it toward dessert. Another good example of the paths overlapping.

ONE FAMILY RECIPE
A lot of ways to make it your own.
For more than 200 years, the foundation has remained the same. What changed is what we put around it: roasted nuts, Belgian chocolate, fruit, citrus, and a touch of sea salt.
Some people never leave Almond. Some swear by Cranberry Pistachio. Some head straight for Double Chocolate.
That is the fun of finding yours.

A FEW QUICK ANSWERS
Before You Order
Everything most first-time customers ask us, in one place.
Biscotti are Italian twice-baked cookies known for their crisp texture. Ours are baked for a clean snap and plenty of flavor, whether you enjoy them with coffee or straight from the bag. For the full story, visit our Biscotti Guide.
Many of our classic biscotti flavors are dairy-free, but not every product is. Our gluten-free line contains dairy, and some specialty flavors may as well. Check the ingredient and allergen information on the individual product page before ordering.
Yes. We offer a gluten-free line including Almond, Chocolate Almond, Cranberry Pistachio, Double Chocolate, and Chocolate Anise Biscottini. They are baked in a shared facility that also handles wheat, so they are not recommended for customers with celiac disease. Shop gluten-free biscotti.
Orders typically ship the next business day. Shipping is $5 nationwide, and orders over $50 after coupons ship free.
Unopened bags have a six-month shelf life from the production date printed on the bag. Once opened, reseal the bag or use an airtight container to help preserve the crisp texture.
