Our Story Dates Back to The 1800s – Partinico, Palermo Italy.
Bruno LoGreco, the owner and head baker at The Biscotti Company, has always had a passion for baking. He grew up with his mother and Nona-Vicenza in their home, making biscotti from scratch using an old family recipe that hadn’t changed since it was first written down over 200 years ago. In 2019, Bruno changed a few ingredients and added in some simple techniques to create a crispy, crunchy Biscotti. Then, COVID-19 struck the world. It was an opportunity for Bruno to bring food that brought him comfort to others – despite the pandemic surging through New York in March 2020, Bruno launched The Biscotti Company and donated biscotti and smiles to Stony Brook Hospital and Retirement Centers hit hard by the pandemic.
