Returns, Refunds, and Shipping

Shipping and Delivery
Handling time: Most orders ship within 1 business day.
Typical delivery times after shipping:
- East Coast: about 3 business days
- Central: about 5 business days
- West Coast: about 7 business days
Shipping cost: $5 flat fee nationwide. Free shipping on orders over $50 after coupons.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start moving after the label is created, especially during busy weeks.
Where Is My Order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
If tracking has not updated for 48 hours, or your package looks delayed, email us with your order number and we will help you right away.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We pack carefully, but about 1 in 1,000 orders can arrive with some crushed or broken biscotti. If that happens, we will fix it.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A quick photo of the product
- A photo of the shipping box (if it looks damaged)
We will provide a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Returns
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns of opened or partially eaten products.
In most cases, we will not ask you to ship anything back.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
